30-Day Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, products must be unused, in brand-new, sellable condition, and returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging (e.g. rod/reel bags, reel boxes, rod tags, etc.).

Please note: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

How to Request a Return
To begin the returns process, please complete the Returns Form.
Once submitted, our returns team will review your request and issue a Returns Authorisation (RA) number via email.
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed without an RA number.

Return Postage Information
Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size/colour, you may return the item within 30 days.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you’ve received a faulty item or something you didn’t order, we’ll cover the return postage — just contact us by email before sending anything back.

Return Reasons
Faulty Products

We thoroughly inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item in unused condition, we’ll replace it free of charge within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We’ll cover return shipping and dispatch your replacement within 2–5 working days.

If the product has been used and is found to be faulty within 14 days, we may need to forward it to the supplier for assessment.

Important: If the returned product is found not to be faulty based on our testing, any postage costs will be your responsibility.

Change of Mind – Refunds or Exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days.
Products must be in brand new condition and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
Postage costs for returns are at your expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Anglers Warehouse is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Goods Damaged in Transit, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If anything is incorrect, missing, or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

If the wrong item was sent, please keep it unused and in its original packaging and contact us immediately at 0755 363 822 or by email.
Using or altering the incorrect item will be considered acceptance, and no further claim can be made.

Ownership of Extra Goods
Anglers Warehouse retains the title of any extra goods sent by mistake. These must be returned if requested.
