Warranty Claims

Warranty Claims:

All products sold by Anglers Warehouse come with at least a 12 month Faulty Workmanship and Parts Manufacturers Warranty.

This warranty is given by the manufacturer/ distributor of the product not Anglers Warehouse.

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse & neglect.

If you have a warranty claim please call or email us before sending any warranty claims back to us.

Once you have called us and discussed a warranty return to us and we have given you the authority to return please follow these instructions for a smooth returning transaction. Please include a copy of your original receipt from Anglers Warehouse (Anglers Warehouse does not accept warranty claims returned that have been purchased elsewhere) your Name, Address, Phone Number & Email along with a detailed note explaining the reason for your warranty claim.

Anglers Warehouse will then pass your claim/s onto the manufacturer/ Distributor of the product and will await their decision on whether it is deemed to be a warranty issue or not, this can take up to 20 working days. * Items can be sent back to the supplier for a faster return at an extra cost payable by the Customer.

If the product/s submitted for warranty claim are not deemed to be a warranty issue the customer will be responsible for any repair charges on forwarded by the manufacturer/ Distributor.

The Customer is responsible for any postage and handling charges incurred sending the original warranty claim to Anglers Warehouse and then for Anglers Warehouse to send back to you the Customer. Anglers Warehouse does not take any responsibility for any parcels lost or damaged in transit on its journey to us. Anglers Warehouse recommends using a postal service with a tracking service.
