Ordering
We recommend placing all orders through our website to ensure accurate processing and timely dispatch. Please double-check your order details before checkout. If you make a mistake, contact us as soon as possible via the details on our Contact Us page.

Phone and email orders are also accepted if you're experiencing difficulties online. All orders are subject to confirmation, and we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

Stock on Hand
At Anglers Warehouse, we carry a huge range of products in our on-site warehouse, and every item listed on our website is a product we normally stock. However, due to seasonal fluctuations and high demand, stock levels can change quickly and some items may sell out without notice.

Stock Availability:

In Stock – These items are part of our regular range and are typically kept on hand. Our website does not reflect live inventory, which allows you to order the quantities you need. If we don’t have the full amount in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you by email to offer options: wait for restock, substitute with similar items, remove the unavailable item(s), or receive a refund.

Out of Stock – These items are currently unavailable from both our warehouse and the supplier. You can use the Notify Me button on the product page to receive an email alert when the product becomes available again.

We understand our customers value flexibility, and we aim to provide that by allowing orders for items not currently in stock. While this may affect dispatch times and freight costs, it ensures you’re not limited to what’s immediately on hand—something many of our competitors don’t offer.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, it will be held until all items are available, unless you request a split shipment (additional shipping charges may apply). You are free to cancel your order at any time if the wait does not suit your needs.

Shipping & Handling
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct at the time of order. Customers are responsible for any redelivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels returned to us.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please report any incorrect, missing, or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item:

Do not open or use the item.

Contact us immediately.

We will provide a pre-paid return label. If the return is not actioned within 14 days of our request, we will consider the item accepted and charge accordingly.

If you receive a damaged or substitute item:

Leave the item in its original packaging.

Do not attempt to use it.

Contact us for resolution. Use of the item will be seen as acceptance and no further claims will be honoured.

Anglers Warehouse retains ownership of any additional items sent in error.
