30 Days Returns Policy
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any item/s within the 30 day returns period, provided that the product/s are in brand new sellable (unused) condition and still in original manufacturers packaging (ie rod/ reel bags, reel boxes rod tag’s etc). - if applicable*.
To proceed with a Return please fill out the following Returns Form.
Once you submit this form our returns department will review your request and email you a Returns Authorization #. Returns/Exchanges will not be processed without an RA#.
 
Return Postage Information 
 
Change of Mind Return or Exchange
All postage costs incurred will be at the buyer’s expense.
 
Incorrect or Faulty Item Return or Exchange
(the item received was faulty or Anglers Warehouse have sent you the incorrect item)
Anglers Warehouse will arrange Pre-Paid Return Postage, provided you contact us via email prior to return.
 
 
Return Reasons: 
 
Faulty Products:
At Anglers Warehouse, we take pride in personally checking every order extensively before it leaves our premises, so you do not have to deal with the disappointment of a faulty product. However, if by chance you should receive a product that is faulty, and it is still in unused condition we will replace the item from 14 days of the original purchase date. We will arrange pre-paid postage for the fault item back to us and we will return the replacement product to you within 2-5 working days* at absolutely no cost to you.
If the product is faulty and has been used and is within 14 days of the original purchase date, we may need to have the item sent directly to the supplier of the product.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return a product to us and it is not found to be faulty under our testing methods any postage costs incurred will be at your expense. 
 
Change of Mind Exchange or Refund:
In the instance that you have changed your mind, or you require a different size/colour etc., we offer an exchange or refund from 30 days of the original purchase date. In order to qualify for an exchange or a refund the product must be in brand new condition and in original packaging, if applicable*. All postage costs incurred will be at the buyer’s expense, we suggest using a postage service with tracking as any items lost in transit is not Anglers Warehouse`s responsibility. 
 
Goods Broken in Transit, Incorrect or Missing Items Delivered:
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Anglers Warehouse within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
If any item(s) received is not what was originally ordered please leave the item/s in its original packaging and call us on 0755 363822 or email us immediately. Any attempt to use the incorrect or damaged item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Anglers Warehouse owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
