Use of this website or purchase from Anglers Warehouse indicates you accept these terms and conditions.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all pricing and product listings on this website are correct, we are only human and we reserve the right to make changes to this website, product listings, pricing errors and these terms and conditions at any given time without any prior notice.

Ordering

To place an order, we ask that you do so preferably on this website to ensure no errors occur with your delivery or order information. Once you proceed to place your order, please ensure all your information is correct however if you do happen to make a mistake please contact us immediately. We also accept orders via phone and email if you are having trouble ordering on our website.

All orders placed with Anglers Warehouse are subject to confirmation and we reserve the right to reject any orders.

Stock on Hand

At Anglers Warehouse we like to offer our customers as much of a range as possible, in this case not all products are in stock. If you click on the image of the product or the see options link this will take you to a product description page, here it will have an availability of either In stock or Back Order.

Products listed as "In stock on" our website are only an indication as to normally stocked product lines. With thousands of products listed on our online store and a physical retail outlet open five days a week, these products can sell out at any given time. Unfortunately, it is impossible to have this updated on our online store at this stage. For the best indication on current stock levels you are best to phone or email us for an accurate indication.

Products listed as "Back Order" usually the product has sold out. These products may be ordered. Please note if you order a "Back Order" product, there will be delays with dispatching your order as we will have to wait for the product to come off backorder with our supplier. In this instance, we will usually contact you with similar substite product(s) and or an estimated time of arrival for the back ordered product. In the instance where you would like to split the order, standard shipping rates may apply if your orders do not then qualify for free shipping. Please refer to our Free Shipping terms and conditions.

By placing an order with Anglers Warehouse you are agreeing that you are aware that not all products for your order may be in stock at the time of purchase. You will be notified by email or phone if any of the product/s you have ordered are out of stock at the time of your purchase. At Anglers Warehouse we allow customers to cancel their order at any given time, so if any product/s for your order are out of stock at the time of purchase and you are not happy with the estimated time of arrival given by Anglers Warehouse you are free to cancel your order.

If you place an order with Anglers Warehouse and any item/s are out of stock at the time of purchase your order will be placed on hold until all item/s for your order are in stock and ready to ship, unless advised otherwise. You may opt for your order to be sent out in separate parcels to avoid any delay waiting for any out-of-stock item/s however this will incur separate freight charges.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to incorrect address if it is found to be the customers fault and any unclaimed goods returned to Anglers Warehouse.

Return and Refund

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving the goods. Returning goods must be in original condition and include all the original manufacturers packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Please check our Returns Policy & Change of Mind Section for full details regarding this service.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Anglers Warehouse within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

If you have received an incorrect item/s Anglers Warehouse owns the title of this item/s and will arrange to have this item/s returned to us by emailing the receiver a pre-paid connote for this item/s to be returned. Once the return has been requested by Anglers Warehouse and there has been no attempt by the receiver to return these goods after 14 days this is deemed acceptance of this item/s and the receiver will be charged for this item/s.

If any item(s) received is not what was originally ordered please leave the item/s in its original packaging and Contact Us immediately. Any attempt to use the incorrect or damaged item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Anglers Warehouse owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

All goods must be paid for in full prior to Anglers Warehouse shipping an order out and or being collected instore. We offer the following payment methods.

Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay, PayPal, Zip and Direct Deposit.

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
